We had a fantastic stay in Gateshead just next door to the farm, and United Kingdom. Delicious breakfast, the food was savoury. The terrace had garden view, admired it in the evening.
There was nothing I didn't like. It met requirements.

Spacious and cozy cottages, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Beautiful gardens, including a cherry orchard and a treehouse restaurant. Close to Newcastle and Durham. Lots of wildlife to explore. Luxurious country style with modern amenities.
I was so disappointed that the only thing I didn't like was the lack of a personal chef to cook me gourmet meals. Ugh, so inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet area close to the city center, and it was only a short drive to an air living museum.

We got excellent value for our money at this cozy countryside stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the Christmas tree and homemade cake upon arrival. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to both Beamish and Newcastle. The staff treated us warmly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety for the vegan options. It would have been great to have more than just vegan sausages included in the vegan breakfast hampers.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this cozy farmhouse. the cottages were clean and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the hosts were incredibly friendly and even greeted us with a homemade cake. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby attractions. the stunning views from the farmhouse added to the overall charm of the place. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
That it took a bit of time to locate the host for the keys. another guest was kind enough to point us in the right direction.

We spent New Year's Eve at a charming countryside cottage near Newcastle and Durham. The cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The luxurious bathrooms with White Company toiletries and cozy robes were a delightful touch. The location was perfect - offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to notable landmarks like The Angel of the North. We also enjoyed the discount vouchers for Beamish, a nearby attraction.
While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The electric shower in the double room didn't work properly, alternating between scalding hot and icy cold water.
